Why can I not apply my email discount code to my order?
Please be advised that only 1 discount offer can be applied to an order. If you have a volume (bulk quantity) or subscription item added to your cart, simply remove it from your order before checkout in the cart page and then apply the discount code you wish to use during checkout.
Can I stack discount codes?
Discount codes cannot be stacked due to system limitations. For example, if you select a subscription option for any eligible product, you cannot apply an additional discount during checkout because the system shows you already have a discount offer applied (coming from the subscrption).
I submitted my email address to you for the 10% off discount, but I have not received anything. What happened?
It is possible that the email is in your Spam or Junk folder. If you have checked the folder and still do not have an email, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order so we can investigate the issue. Please note we cannot add discount codes after an order is placed.
Can you apply a discount code after I have placed my order?
We cannot apply a discount code or add a discount to any order once it has been placed.
I received an email with a discount code, but it isn't working, what can I do?
For codes generated from our any of our newsletters and emails, please be aware that those unique codes are only available for 7 days from the date in which you received the email. Once they expire, they cannot be used in the future. If you believe the code has not expired, please email us at email@example.com.
Do discount codes apply to my order automatically?
Discount codes will not be automatically applied, but discount offers such as discounts for subscription or bundles will automatically be applied. This means that unique discount codes received through emails will not be automatically applied.
Why can I not add my rewards discount code to my order?
If you have a bundle or subscription discount offer already added to your shopping cart, you will not be able to add any other type of discount code. This is a system limitation that allows only gift cards to be used on the order.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
Most domestic orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm Pacific Time and on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).

At this time, we use a multitude of couriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to quickly expedite delivery. We recommend reviewing your order confirmation page to see the most up-to-date status on your order.
Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?
Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

Is your deodorant stick an antiperspirant?
Our deodorant stick is not an antiperspirant. The active ingredient in antiperspirants is Aluminum that works by closing your sweat ducts to stop sweat from occurring. Deodorants do not interact with your sweat ducts but with the odor-causing bacteria on the skin thereby neutralizing the odor.
I ordered a product a few months which had a faint/light scent, but when I ordered last week, the same product no longer has a scent. Did your formula change?
As our goal is to use natural ingredients and minimize the use of chemicals in our products, we incorporate essential oils into our formulas. However, it's worth noting that the scent of essential oils change gradually as time passes. To maintain our commitment to using natural ingredients, we prefer to use essential oils rather than chemical fragrances. Remember: if the smells stays, it’s likely chemical = NOT NATURAL!
Are there instances where persimmon extract will not remove nonenal?
Let’s go back to fundamental issues inside the body. A healthy body is supposed to have no unpleasant smell. Eating clean, working out, having enough sleep, and minimizing stress are important keys to good health. However, unhealthy lifestyles and diets, as well as obesity, may lead to weakening of the skin’s antioxidant defenses, exacerbating the production of nonenal. In addition, over washing may result in removing good bacteria from the skin, weakening the skin’s antioxidant defenses. So, focus on washing behind the ears and neck, underarms, groin, and feet – areas most prone to nonenal – to not only eliminate nonenal but to avoid over washing and keeping that good bacteria!
Does Japanese persimmon mask the aging odor or does it penetrate the skin and address the problem at the root? Do you need to keep using the products or does the smell lessen over time?
The odor-eliminating ingredient, Japanese persimmon tannin, does not penetrate the skin but rather dissolves the cause of the odor, nonenal, on the skin’s surface. Our studies shows that Dove body wash reduces only 30% of nonenal, while Mirai reduces 97%. You do need to use our products while you continue to experience nonenal, but the long term solution is to boost the antioxidant defenses of your skin to minimize nonenal production–eat antioxidant rich foods, exercise regularly, get sufficient rest, and minimize stress. Persimmon extract supplements may also be effective as a long term solution.

Why am I being charged my local sales tax in California and an additional sales tax in San Diego, CA?
California employs a mix of origin and destination-based tax rules. While the state, county, and city taxes are calculated based on the seller's location (origin), district taxes and the total tax rate are determined by the buyer's location (destination). Why was the order tax adjusted, and why do I see two separate charges on my card?
The initial charge you see is an authorization hold, not an actual charge. This is a temporary measure to ensure funds are available for your purchase and is typically released within a business day, but does depend on your bank. The order tax was adjusted due to recent tax rate changes, which our system automatically updates to comply with local tax regulations. What happened to your bath bombs and oil balm products?
Sadly, we have discontinued our Oil Balm and Bath Bombs.
What happened to my rewards points?
In order to access your rewards account, you'll need to click on the button Earn Rewards near the bottom left-hand side of your screen. Are your products free from animal testing?
We believe everything you put onto your body matters. Each one of our products is made with skin-loving ingredients for all your needs. From our body to hair to home care products, not one is tested on animals. We are cruelty free and do not test our products on animals. Can the Body Wash be used as a shampoo?
Yes, our Body Wash is very gentle on the scalp and effective as a deodorant. It is free of harmful sulfates used to create “lather” in most shampoos which can lead to long term damage of scalp and hair. So our wash might not foam as much as you are used to but you really don’t need much foam to effectively clean your hair of impurities and odor. Massage the wash gently on your scalp and through your hair, and rinse thoroughly.
How can I use the Pre-Soak detergent if I have a front-load washing machine or no pre-soak option?
Simply add the recommended amount to your regular wash cycle or soak in a separate container your desired fabrics and the recommended amount, then place in the washing machine to be run through your regular wash cycle.
What happened to the fabric spray?
