Please be advised that only 1 discount code can be applied to an order. The discount with the highest discount percentage, or higher priority, will be applied. If you have a volume or subscription discount in your cart you will not be able to apply any other type of discount during checkout.
Discount codes cannot be stacked due to a system limitation. For example, if you select a subscription option for any product, you cannot apply an additional discount during checkout because the system shows you already have a discount offer applied.
It is possible that the email is in your Spam or Junk folder. If you have checked the folder and still do not have an email, please reach out to us at email@example.com before placing your order so we can investigate the issue. Please note we cannot add discount codes after an order is placed.

For codes generated from our any of our newsletters and emails, please be aware that those unique codes are only available for 7 days from the date in which you received the email. In order to access your rewards account, you'll need to click on the button Earn Rewards near the bottom left-hand side of your screen.
