Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm Pacific Time and on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping charges within the U.S. are based on either USPS/Regular mail or USPS/Priority Mail, depending on weight. Free shipping (except to Alaska, Hawaii, and countries outside of the U.S.) is offered on all orders over $40.

Standard shipping times are as follows:
– Within the domestic U.S.: 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We would like you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. miraiclinical.com will accept returns on items purchased through our website with a receipt and order #. Please refer to the instructions below for the return of and refund for purchased items.

RETURNS

To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please email us at info@miraiclinical.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase for a Return Authorization Number. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the freight charges and we cannot accept any returns after the 30-day period.

What is Route Protect?

Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, you can report an issue with Route and they will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer. 

Route Refunds vs Reorders, what's the difference?

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, but please note that items can only be replaced depending on in-stock availability. All reorders have Route Shipping Protection added, for free! 

How do I file a shipping issue for my lost, stolen or damaged order?

If you insured your order with Route Protect at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue. You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here
