If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your item(s) to request a return. Contact us at with your name and order number to begin the return process. Please note, the product must be returned for a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must submit photographic evidence of the defective, damaged, and/or discrepancy upon inquiry submission.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds & Exchanges
