Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on Fridays after 4pm PST and on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping charges within the U.S. are based on either USPS/Regular mail or USPS/Priority Mail, depending on weight. Flat rate USPS shipping is used for countries outside the U.S.

Standard shipping times are as follows:
– Within the domestic U.S.: 3-5 business days.
– Canada: 5-10 business days
– All other countries: 10-20 business days

Please note that the situation with COVID-19 has impacted shipping times, so the above mentioned times are subject to change. 

* International shipments (outside the US and Canada) are subject to additional customs charges at the destination. Mirai Clinical is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges. If the order's tracking information has not been updated in over 3 months from the ship date, we will refund the product fees, but not including the shipping fees.
