Discount Code FAQ
Please be advised that only 1 discount can be applied to an order. The discount with the highest discount percentage, or higher priority, will be applied. Additionally, we cannot add a discount code once you have placed an order.
For codes generated from our any of our newsletters, please be aware that those unique codes are only available for 7 days from the date in which you received the email. Once they expire, they cannot be used in the future.
Discount codes cannot be stacked with discount offers due to a system limitation. For example, if you select a subscription option for any product, you cannot stack discounts by trying to apply a discount code.
If you elect to use one of our website host's Express Checkout options (Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal Express or ShopPay), you will not receive any discounts even though they may appear on your cart page. This has to do with our host's system and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. If you notice this discrepancy, simple send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name. We will be happy to refund you the difference.
Unfortunately, due to an issue with the host system, any orders that contain the following volume/quantity discounts:
- Deodorizing Soap with Persimmon
- Purifying & Deodorizing Soap Bar for Sensitive Skin
- Purifying & Deodorizing Body Wash with Japanese Persimmon
- Purifying & Deodorizing Body Wipes with Japanese Persimmon
will not qualify for any other discount options.
If your cart contains 8 Deodorizing Soap with Persimmon Bars, even if it contains any other products that do not have volume/quantity discounts, the discount code option will not appear for you.
