Ingredients (easy to make)

1 persimmon

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

How to make:

Step 1 

 Peel the persimmon from the bottom, hold the stem and grate it with a grater.

Step 2

Place grated persimmons in a heat-resistant bowl, add sugar and lemon juice, mix well, and microwave at 500W for 4 minutes without wrapping.

Step 3

Take it out of the microwave once, mix it up, and put it back in the 500W microwave for 2 minutes, mix it once, and it's done!

Tips | Points:

・When you put it in the microwave, be sure to divide it into 4 minutes and 2 minutes.

・Even softened persimmons can be made delicious.
