If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to ship your return.

Once received, we'll process your refund for the product price and notify you via email.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must submit photographic evidence of the defective, damaged, and/or discrepancy upon inquiry submission.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds & Exchanges

We cannot refund any postage fees associated with the purchase or return of orders.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal Log in to your account at https://account.miraiclinical.com, navigate to your Orders, and initiate a return or cancellation request. You must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Refunds We will refund the price of the product(s) and the cost of standard outbound shipping. We will not refund premium or express shipping upgrades. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened skincare products)
