DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm Pacific Time and on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping charges within the U.S. are based on either USPS/Regular mail or USPS/Priority Mail, depending on weight. Free shipping (except to Alaska, Hawaii, and countries outside of the U.S.) is offered on all orders over $50.

Standard shipping times are as follows:
– Within the domestic U.S.: 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm Pacific Time and on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays). Flat rate USPS shipping is used for countries outside the U.S. Free shipping over $50 is not applicable to orders outside the U.S.

Standard shipping times are as follows:

– All other countries: 10-45 business days*

*International shipments (outside the U.S.) are subject to additional customs charges at the destination. Mirai Clinical is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges such as duties fees. We would like you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. miraiclinical.com will accept returns on items purchased through our website with a receipt and order #. Please refer to the instructions below for the return of and refund for purchased items.

RETURNS

To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please email us at info@miraiclinical.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any postage fees associated with the purchase or return of any product from the order in question, and we cannot accept any returns after the 30-day period. You must submit photographic evidence of damage and/or discrepancies upon receiving your order shipment. If you're unable to do so, please let us know in your initial inquiry.
