Expanding Production, Maintaining Japanese Quality Standards

Due to growing demand for Mirai Clinical Persimmon Soap, we are temporarily moving some of our production to China, while continuing to manufacture in Japan.

Our Japanese factory has reached its maximum production capacity, so we've partnered with a manufacturing facility in China to help meet growing customer demand.

This temporary expansion also brings improvements to our manufacturing capabilities:

• Advanced Technology & Better Facilities: Our manufacturing partner has invested in the latest production machinery and technology, allowing for improved manufacturing precision, consistency, and quality.

• Japanese Scientist Supervision: Our Japanese scientist personally traveled to China to supervise the facility setup, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures to ensure our soap meets Mirai Clinical's strict standards.

• Authentic Japanese Persimmon Ingredients: We remain committed to using authentic Japanese persimmon ingredients and maintaining the quality our customers know and trust.

Our goal is not simply to produce more soap, but to make it even better while maintaining the Japanese expertise behind every bar.

Why We're Temporarily Expanding Production

As Mirai Clinical continues to grow, demand for our persimmon soap has increased significantly.

I've been speaking with our Japanese manufacturing partner almost every day, looking for ways to increase production. However, their manufacturing capacity is currently maxed out.

To prevent supply shortages and continue serving our customers, we've decided to temporarily move some production to China.

Our Commitment to Quality Remains Unchanged

I understand that manufacturing location matters to many of our customers, especially because Mirai Clinical has strong Japanese roots.

That's why our Japanese scientist personally traveled to China to oversee the manufacturing setup and production processes.

Every bar is the exact same soap created by the Japanese artisan we called "Mr. Soap," who spent nearly 60 years making soap and about 30 years perfecting our persimmon formula. Before he retired, he trained the younger artisans at our factory in Japan, and his formula and quality standards are what every bar is made to, wherever it is produced. Read Mr. Soap's story.

Working With the Japanese Government to Expand Production

Our long-term goal is to increase manufacturing capacity in Japan.

In fact, I've personally been calling and emailing Japanese government organizations to explore opportunities to expand our production.

I never imagined I'd be speaking with government organizations about soap manufacturing, but that's how serious I am about finding a solution.

I want to continue supporting Japanese manufacturing while making our persimmon soap available to more people around the world.
