We would like you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. miraiclinical.com will accept returns on items purchased through our website with a receipt and order number. To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please email us at returns@miraiclinical.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase for a Return Authorization Number. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the freight charges and we cannot accept any returns after the 30-day period.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 2-3 days of receipt. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends or federal holidays (including the day after Thanksgiving). Orders placed on Fridays after 7pm PST and on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping charges are based USPS Flat Rate for both U.S. and International shipping. Free shipping (except to Alaska, Hawaii, and countries outside of the U.S.) is offered on all orders over $100. Standard shipping within the domestic U.S. takes approximately 3-5 business days.
We cannot deliver shipments to PO Boxes.
