Persimmon Smoothie

 

Ingredients (for one glass)

Half a persimmon

100ml of soy milk (milk) 

3 Tablespoons of plain yogurt 

1 Teaspoon of honey


How to make

Add all the ingredients into a mixer and then mix them up. That's it!


Tips | Points

Persimmons should be soft. If it is hard, it may not be easily broken up by the mixer and lumps may remain.
